1. How are students selected for ASES?
We select students for the ASES program via a lottery. Once all the spot for a grade level are full a waitlist will be created. Students in the waiting list are arranged based on the timestamp on their interest form.
2. Does submitting interest form give my student a spot in ASES?
No, the form is just letting us know you would like your student in the ASES program.
3. If I have multiple children at your school will they all be accepted to the ASES program?
Yes, sibling applications are group together for our lottery drawing.
4. Are TK/KN students accepted into ASES
TK/KN students are accepted if older siblings are also admitted to the program.
4. When will I know if my student was accepted into the ASES program?
Parents were sent an acceptance email on May 2, 2025 with the steps to follow.
5. Can my student stay for ASES the 1st day of school?
Students that have been accepted into the program and have turned in their completed registration packet can stay for ASES the first day of school.

1. ¿Cómo se seleccionan los estudiantes para ASES?
Seleccionamos a los estudiantes para el programa ASES a través de una lotería. Una vez que todos los lugares para un nivel de grado estén llenos, se creará una lista de espera. Los estudiantes en la lista de espera se organizan según la estampa de fecha y horario en la cual se recibió su formulario de interés.
2. ¿Enviar este formulario le da a mi estudiante un lugar en ASES?
No, el formulario solo nos informa que desea que su estudiante participe en el programa ASES.
3. Si tengo varios hijos en su escuela, ¿todos serán aceptados en el programa ASES?
Sí, las solicitudes de hermanos se agrupan para nuestro sorteo de lotería.
4. ¿Se aceptan estudiantes de TK/KN en ASES?
Se aceptan estudiantes de TK/KN si sus hermanos mayores también son admitidos
en el programa.
5. ¿Cuándo sabré si mi estudiante fue aceptado en el programa ASES?
Se envió corre electronico de acceptacion el 2 de Mayo del 2025 con las instrucciones a seguir.
6. ¿Puede mi estudiante permanecer en ASES el 1er día de clases?
Los estudiantes que hayan sido aceptados en el programa y hayan entregado su paquete de registro completo pueden quedarse en ASES el primer día de clases.
